Porting the nagios module for Drupal 8

The release of Drupal 8 requires all modules to use new ways to hook into the system. There is an important module for me that I ported. It helps to monitor a Drupal website with Icinga/Nagios.
A nice result is the deeper understanding of how things work within Drupal 8.
The first port was done on GitHub. A first testable version has since been imported on drupal.org and can be downloaded there.
PS: Some bugs have been found. It really is a joy to see the community react that fast and professional.
